Vishwa Ijtema: Metrorail will run for 9 hours on January 22

Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) has informed that Metro Rail MRT Line-6 ​​will run for 9 hours on January 22 (Sunday) for the convenience of Muslims participating in the final prayer of Vishwa Ijtema.

MRT Line-6 ​​Sub-Project Director (Mass Communication) Nazmul Islam Bhuiyan confirmed the matter to Dhaka Post on Thursday (January 19) afternoon.

He said, for the convenience of Muslims participating in the Vishwa Ijtemar prayer, the metro rail will run from 8 am to 5 pm next Sunday.

The second phase of this year's World Ijtema will begin on Friday (January 20). Maulana Sadpanthi's followers will participate in this event. This year's World Ijtema will end with the last prayer on Sunday.
