Bajus Fair-2023 is going to start for the second time. Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) has organized this fair to showcase the gold industry in the country and abroad. The fair will be held for three days from February 9 to 11 at Navratri Hall of International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in the capital.
This information was given in a press conference organized by Bajus on Tuesday (January 31).
In a press conference, Chairman of Bajus Standing Committee on Fair and Event Management, Uttam Vanik said in a written statement that Bajus Fair-2023 has been organized for the second time in the history of the country under the plan of Bajus President Sayem Sobhan Anvir, with the aim of successfully implementing Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's Vision-2041.

- Bajus Mela 2023 will contribute to enriching the domestic jewelery industry as well as creating a new position in the global market. The familiarity of new and modern designs made by the goldsmiths of the country will increase. To this end, all buyers and visitors are cordially invited to Bajus Fair.
It is known that there will be more than 70 stalls in the fair. Buyers and sellers of the country and abroad will participate in it. New designs of ornaments made by goldsmiths of the country will be introduced. The organizers expect more than two lakh visitors to come in this three-day fair. Through this fair, the people of the country will know about the present condition and future prospects of the jewelery industry of the country.

Bajus gave detailed information about the fair at a press conference at Bashundhara City Shopping Complex on Panthpath in the capital on Tuesday. It is said that this fair will play a role in enriching the domestic jewelery industry as well as creating a new position in the global market. The awareness of latest modern design ornaments made by goldsmiths of the country will increase. Buyers can get various information about the current status of the jewelery industry in the country and its future prospects. This time 50 traditional jewelery companies of the country will participate in 8 pavilions, 12 mini pavilions and 30 stalls in the fair.

The fair will continue till February 11. It will run daily from 10 am to 9 pm.
The entrance ticket to the fair is Tk 100 per person. Children up to 5 years of age do not need a ticket. There will be a raffle draw for the buyers. Customers will collect the raffle draw coupons from the organization from which they purchase the ornaments.
