A High Court bench comprising Justice JBM Hassan and Justice Raziq Al Jalil gave the order on Tuesday (January 17). Advocate for the state was Deputy Attorney General Tushar Kanti Roy. The High Court urged everyone to be respectful to the Judiciary.
First of all, the High Court was charged to take action against those concerned in this incident. On the instructions of the Chief Justice, the Registrar General forwarded the judge's complaint to the High Court bench headed by Justice JBM Hasan.

On January 5, the High Court issued an order on January 17, District Bar President Md. Tanveer Bhuya, co-editor. Akkas summoned three lawyers including Ali to appear in the High Court and give a statement. The proceedings of the Brahmanbaria court have been deadlocked for the last few days due to the continuous program of the lawyers.
Last Monday, Judge Sharmin Nigar wrote a letter to the Registrar General of the Supreme Court complaining and seeking redressal. In this, he said, because the High Court had issued the contempt rule, they (lawyers) became so enthusiastic and raised vile and obscene slogans against him in several courts during the session on January 5 and 8. He accused of defamation including questioning and obstructing the proceedings.
