Ask BNPK why there was no meeting with Lu: Foreign Minister
Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen has asked the BNP to ask why US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia Donald Lu did not sit in the meeting with the BNP.
He said this while facing the journalists at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday (January 17).
When asked about Donald Lu's visit to Dhaka, Momen said, he has come to strengthen the relationship between our two countries. But we have some weaknesses. He also admitted that in America they are the same in some respects. That's why we are at the same level. There has been a very positive discussion about these.

He said, they are happy in the discussion. We are happy too. And President Joe Biden wants our relationship with the United States to improve in the next 50 years. We want that too.
In response to a question, Momen said that RAB has been banned, but RAB is now very mature. Despite the early goings-on, there is now accountability within the RAB.
