A motorcyclist was killed by a truck on Panthapath

A motorcycle rider was killed after being hit by a truck on Panthpath in the capital. But his identity was not found. The accident happened in front of Bashundhara City Shopping Complex around 1 am on Sunday.

Eyewitnesses said that when the motorcycle-riding youth reached in front of Bashundhara City Shopping Complex around 1 am, a speeding truck hit him. At that time, the young man was seriously injured. After receiving the information, the police recovered the body and took it to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMHC).

Kalabagan police station OC Mohammad Saiful Islam said the killer truck has been taken into police custody. The driver has been arrested. The body has been kept at DMK morgue for post-mortem.
