Order to publish gazette against Tariq-Zobaida to appear in court
Acting Chairman of BNP Tariq Rahman and his wife Dr. are fugitive in the case of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on the charge of acquiring wealth outside of known income. The court ordered Jobaida Rahman to appear in court and publish the gazette. At the same time, it has been asked to submit a report in this regard on February 6.
Thursday (January 19) Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Court Judge Md. Asaduzzaman gave this order. ACC court inspector Aminul Islam confirmed the matter.
Earlier, the OC of the Cantonment Police Station submitted the progress report on the seizure of the properties of Tariq and Zobaida Rahman on Thursday. The report states that none of their goods were found. Then the court ordered them to appear in court and publish the gazette.

On January 5, the same court ordered the confiscation of movable and immovable property of BNP Acting Chairman Tarek Rahman and his wife Zobaida Rahman in the ACC case.
