Main accused in Turage kidnapping case arrested, victim rescued

The main accused in a kidnapping case from Turag area of the capital. RAB-3 arrested Rubel Hossain alias Rubel (32). The victim was rescued from his custody during the operation.

 
Commander (CO) of RAB-3 Lt. Col. Arif Mohiuddin Ahmed confirmed the matter on Sunday (February 12) afternoon.

RAB-3 captain Lt. Colonel Arif Mohiuddin Ahmed said that there is a case under the Suppression of Women and Children Act at the Jaldhaka police station of Nilphamari in the name of the arrested Sunil. He is the main accused in the case.

Since the case, Sunil was absconding in different parts of the country. The official also said that legal action against him is under process.
