It is known that while going to the doctor, the woman named Sonia Rani Roy suddenly went into labor in the metro rail. Later, when she fell ill, she gave birth to a baby boy at the first aid center of Agargaon station under the supervision of a rover scout and a first responder of Metrorail.

Sukant Saha, husband of Sonia Rani Das, said, "My Ginni had to undergo regular check-ups with the doctor as she was pregnant." Today I was taking him from home to be admitted to the hospital. Later, labor pains arose in the Metrorail itself. At that time, with the help of Metrorail station authorities and women members of Rover Scouts, babies were delivered there. Both mother and chick are healthy. At present they have been admitted to the hospital.
