Amatullah Bushra was released on bail after two months from Kashimpur girl of Gazipur Central Jail. He is accused in the murder case of Bangladesh University of Engineering (BUET) student Fardin Noor Parash. Bushra was released on bail from Kashimpur Women's Central Jail in Gazipur around 2 pm today.

Confirming the matter, Farhana Akhter of Kashimpur Women's Central Jail district said, "The court documents are scrutinized when they reach the jail." Later, Amatullah Bushra was released from prison around 2 pm. After his release, Amatullah Bushra was taken by his father Manjurul Islam.
It is known that a bail hearing was held for Bushra on January 5 at noon. Awaiting the order after the court hearing. On that day, senior lawyers Mokhlesur Rahman Badal and Abdur Rahman Howladar were in favor of the bail application. Later on Sunday, 7th Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge Tehsin Iftekhar granted his bail.
He was arrested from his home in Rampura of the capital on the morning of November 10. On that day, the court granted his 5-day remand. He was sent to prison after remand on November 16.

On the night of November 4, Fardin asked Bushra to go home in Rampura area of the capital. Fardin was missing since then. On the evening of November 7, the police recovered Fardin's body from Shitalakshya river in Siddhirganj, Narayanganj.
Fardin's father Noor Uddin Rana filed a case against several unknown people including Bushra as a plaintiff at DMP's Rampura police station on the night of November 9. Bushra is a student of English department in a private university.
