BNP's 'Padayatra' program at noon
BNP will hold the first day of the four-day padayatra program in the capital to restore democracy and demand 10 points. The padayatra program will be held from Badda Hossain Market in the capital to Abul Hotel in Malibagh on Saturday (January 28) at 2 pm. BNP is launching a single program on the streets.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced this program in a press conference at the party's central office in Nayapaltan last Thursday at 11 am.
The program includes a march on January 28 from Metropolitan North BNP from Badda area of Dhaka to Abul Hotel in Malibagh and on January 31 from Gabtali to Mazar Road to Mirpur No. 10 Roundabout.
Similarly, Dhaka Metropolitan South BNP will march from Jatrabari to Shyampur on January 30 and from Mugda to Malibagh on February 1. Each padayatra will start at 2 pm.
There is a rally program in all the departmental headquarters including Dhaka on February 4 for 10-point demands including government party's provocative counter program and reduction in prices of daily commodities including electricity and gas, resignation of the government. Earlier, Dhaka Metropolitan BNP gave a four-day march program.
