Application of the case against 15 police officers

A case has been filed against 15 police officials including former commissioner of DMP Asaduzzaman Miah for allegedly torturing and killing former general secretary of Khilgaon Police Station Chhatra Dal, Nuruzzaman Jani.

On Monday (February 6), the father of the deceased in the Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Court. Yakub Ali appealed the case. Later, the judge of the court. Asaduzzaman said that he will take the statement of the plaintiff and give an order later.

Jahidul Haque Talukder, DB Police Inspector Fazlur Rahman, Ohiduzzaman, SM Shahriar Hasan, DB SI Shihab Uddin, Bahauddin Faruqi, Md. Jahangir Hossain, DB constable. Solaiman, Abu Sayed, Md. Lutfar Rahman, DB Deputy Police Commissioner Krishnapad Roy, DMP's then Police Commissioner Asaduzzaman Mia, Khilgaon Thana SI Md. Alauddin.
