Anti-narcotics operation arrested in different areas of the capital: 34

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested 34 people on charges of selling and consuming drugs in various areas of the capital during anti-narcotics operations.

• DMP DC (Media) Masudur Rahman said, during the raid, 126 pieces of Yaba tablets, 509 grams of 3790 pure heroin, 360 grams of ganja, 24 bottles of Phensidil, 12 bottles of 6 liters of country liquor and 105 pieces of narcotic injections were recovered from their custody. 26 cases have been filed against them in the concerned police station under the Narcotics Act.

31 cases have been filed against the arrested under the Narcotics Control Act in the respective police stations.
