On March 21, the students of that school protested in the head teacher Rabeya Khatoon's room after holding the parents of two students to apologize. In the audio clip, Rubaiya Yasmin can be heard shouting and scolding the students.

At one point, he threatened to slap a student and knock out all his teeth. He said, you know the meaning of judge, can you spell the word judge? See spelling and writing. The parents of the students were outraged by his use of such offensive and offensive words. Judge Rubaiya Yasmin threatened to file a case against the children when one of the parents requested to look into the matter with a sympathetic eye.

Later that night, the judge's daughter posted on Facebook calling her classmates 'slum girls'.

In the post, she writes, 'You are a slum girl. My mother is a judge. Tell your mothers to be judges like mine. Four classmates responded to the post. Judge Rubaiya Yachmin asked the school principal Rabeya Khatun to call the parents of the students.

The next day, March 21, at around 11 o'clock, the four students and their parents came to the school on the call of the headmaster. Meanwhile, Judge Rubaiya Yachmin abused the students and parents.
