Stating that this incident may happen late at night or in the morning, Nasir Uddin Ahmed said, "We are currently operating metro trains in both directions through the Up Line (Agargaon to Uttara). There is no difficulty.
DMTCL Manager (Civil & P-Way) Mahfuzur Rahman said, there is a hangar-like device on top of the metro rail, which touches the wire and moves forward. Apart from this, there is electricity like 1500 volts in the upper wire. Through this device, the device collects electricity from it and the train moves forward. The middle of these two parts is so sensitive that if anything sticks between it, it will spark and catch fire. And if the fire catches, the train will stop immediately.
