Inauguration of the new building and revenue conference on February 5

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has organized a two-day revenue conference on February 5 and 6 to increase public awareness and develop a revenue-friendly mindset.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the conference at Bangabandhu International Conference Center in Agargaon next Sunday (February 5) at 10:20 am. He will inaugurate the new NBR at Agargaon at 10 am on the same day.

• At the same time, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the Revenue Building on Sunday, said National Revenue Board Chairman Chairman Abu Hena Rahmatul Mumin.

He said, under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, NBR is playing an important role in the economic progress of the country by collecting the necessary revenue.

He mentioned that the amount of revenue collected by NBR is about 86 percent of the total income of the country.
