He responded to BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir's comments. He said this in response to questions from the media in front of the party's central office on Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital on Monday (January 6) morning.
Obaidul Quader said this to reporters after the prayers of Chittagong South District Awami League President and Member of Parliament for Chittagong-8 Constituency Moshalem Uddin Ahmed in front of the Awami League's central office on Bangabandhu Avenue on Monday.

Earlier, Obaidul Quader said in reference to Hero Alam at the Kamrangirchar peace rally on Saturday, 'BNP nominated Hero Alam in the Bogra by-election to shorten the national parliament. Fakhrul has so much love for Hero Alam. Hero Alam is now zero. Hero Alam was nominated by Fakhrul to shorten the parliament.

Hero Alam submitted an application for recounting the votes of 45 centers of Bogra-4 constituency to Returning Officer and Deputy Commissioner Saiful Islam on Sunday afternoon.
It is to be noted that by-elections were held in six parliamentary seats left by BNP on February 1. Among them, Ashraful Hossain alias Hero Alam is the independent candidate for Bogra-6 and Bogra-4 constituencies. Hero Alam alleged that he was lost through fraud.
