Dhaka is shivering in the gentle cold current
Residents of the capital have been in bitter cold for the past few days. Although the temperature was 12 degrees Celsius, it felt like 10 degrees. That is, the residents of the capital were in the condition of mild cold current.
Dhaka: Saturday (07 January). The temperature has dropped to 11.6 degrees Celsius, so that the residents of Dhaka are shivering. According to the Meteorological Department, besides Dhaka, mild cold current is also flowing over Naogaon, Dinajpur, Panchagarh, Jessore and Chuadanga districts.
The minimum temperature in Naogaon today was 9.8 degrees Celsius. Apart from this, the minimum temperature was 10 degrees in Dinajpur, 9.6 degrees in Panchagarh, 10 degrees in Jessore and 9 degrees Celsius in Chuadanga. It is said that it will be cold throughout the day, said the Meteorological Department.

Meteorologist Dr. Muhammad Abul Kalam Mallick said that there may be moderate to thick fog in some parts of the country till Saturday afternoon. It did not rain anywhere in the country from 6 am on Friday to 10 am on Saturday.
24-hour forecast: The Meteorological Department's 24-hour forecast for the next 24 hours from 6 pm on Friday said that night temperatures may remain almost unchanged across the country, but there may be a slight rise in daytime temperatures. North, north-western and central parts of the country may experience moderate to severe winters due to reduced day-night temperature difference.
Even today, Chuadanga is the lowest temperature in the country at 9 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature is 26.7 degrees Celsius in Teknaf.
