Croatia beat Morocco to take third place

Croatia beat Morocco 2-1 in the third-place match at the Qatar World Cup. On Saturday (December 17) at 9 pm Bangladesh time, two teams entered the field at the Khalifa International Stadium. Croatia scored at the beginning of the match. Josko Guardiol gave Croatia the lead in the 7th minute of the match. But in the 9th minute of the match, Ashraf Dari made Morocco equal. After that, Croatia scored again in the 42nd minute of the match. Mislav Oracic's goal gave Croatia a 2-1 lead. In the end, if there were no more goals, Croatia went into the break with a 2-1 lead. The two teams failed to find a goal after several attacks after the break. Croatia ended their World Cup mission by finishing third with a 2-1 victory.

But they could not hold the lead for long. Morocco redeemed the goal in the 9th minute of the match. Ashraf Dari headed the ball into the net from the right side.
