Ali Azam told reporters after his release from prison, "The way I have been treated is not desirable in any way." I had to go to jail for spreading rumors without doing anything wrong. At the time of my mother's death in custody, she was released on parole but handcuffed and shackled like a violent criminal. Which is very inhumane. I and my family are deeply humiliated by this.
