The report of the militant robbery case was again delayed
The date of submission of the investigation report on the case of abduction of two JMB members sentenced to death from the court premises in Dhaka has been postponed.
On Wednesday (April 5), Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Farah Diba Chanda set a new date of May 15 as the investigating officer could not submit the report.
Before this, on November 20 at noon, four people on two motorcycles came from the front of the Dhaka Judge's Court and sprayed the eyes of the police and kidnapped two militants. They are convicts sentenced to death in publisher Deepan's murder case.
The two abducted accused are Mainul Hasan Shamim of Madhavpur in Chatak Upazila of Sunamganj and Abu Siddique Sohail alias Shakib of Vetswar village in Aditmari Upazila of Lalmonirhat.
Court Inspector Julhas filed a case as plaintiff in the incident at Kotwali police station.
