The plaintiff will object to the DB report in the Fardin murder case
The plaintiff in the case has requested time to protest the final report (discontinuation) given by the police in the case filed in the death of Fardin Noor Parsh, a student of Bangladesh University of Engineering (BUET).
Tuesday (February 14) Metropolitan Magistrate of Dhaka. The court of Shanto Islam Mallik was scheduled to hear the final report given by the DB Police seeking the release of Amatullah Bushra. However, on this day, the plaintiff's lawyers applied for time to file objections.
The court allowed the time application and fixed the next date on March 16.
On this day, Amatullah Bushra appeared in court. Advocate Habibur Rahman heard on his behalf seeking permanent bail. After the hearing, the court ordered bail till the next fixed date.
Recently, Fardeen's girlfriend Amatullah Bushra was not involved, the investigating officer of the case, DB Police Inspector Yasin Shikder submitted the final report.
It is known that the body of Fardin Noor Parash, a student of Bangladesh University of Engineering (BUET), was recovered from the Shitalakshya river in Narayanganj on the night of November 7 last year by the Naval Police three days after his disappearance. Later on the night of November 9, his father Nur Uddin Rana filed a case in Rampura police station as plaintiff.
In the post-mortem examination, BUET student Fardin Noor alias Parsh had injuries on different parts of his head. There are numerous injury marks inside the chest as well.
In the case, the victim's girlfriend, a university student, Bushra, and some other unknown persons were accused. After the case, Fardin's girlfriend Amatullah Bushra was arrested by the police. The court granted his 5-day remand on November 10 last year. Then on November 16, after the remand, Bail was denied and Bushra was sent to prison. The court granted Bushra's bail on January 8.
