The bus strike is still going on in Kushtia
Due to the conflict between bus owners and transport workers of Kushtia and Jhenaidah, the bus strike continues today on Kushtia and Khulna and Faridpur routes.
According to Kushtia District Bus Owners-Shramik Oikya Parishad, for a few days there was a dispute with the Jhenaidah Motor Workers Union about the trip to Faridpur.
Because of this, the leaders of Jhenaidah Sramik Union beat the staff of Kushtia Garai Paribahan in Kaliganj on April 5.
The leaders said that if the issue is not resolved by April 9, the bus service will be stopped across the country with Kushtia. On the other hand, the passengers have suffered due to the suspension of bus services.
