Security Council discussion on Al-Aqsa today
The Emirates and China requested. Al-Aqsa will be discussed behind closed doors in the Security Council.
The news agency Reuters reports that the allegations of violence by the Israeli forces at the Al-Aqsa Mosque will be discussed on Thursday. Israeli forces allegedly entered the holy mosque compound twice despite strong condemnation from the Arab world. Emirates and China want to discuss that issue.
Quoting Wafa news agency, Al Jazeera reported that Palestinians clashed with Israeli forces in the West Bank after the Aqsa incident. At least 12 Palestinians were injured. Citing the Palestinian Red Crescent, CNN reported that Israeli forces used rubber bullets on Palestinians protesting in Jerusalem. 12 people were injured.
In addition, WAFA reported that Israeli forces clashed with Palestinians in Bethlehem and Jenin.
Earlier, Israeli police said they arrested 350 people from Al-Aqsa compound.

The Arab world and Muslim countries including Jordan, Egypt, Emirates have strongly condemned this incident. Malaysia said that what the Israeli forces have done is illegal and violates the human rights of Palestinians. They have also desecrated the holy place.
