No one spends a day without eating in the country: Obaidul Quader

Obaidul Quader said these things in a statement sent to the media on Thursday (March 30).

In the statement, Obaidul Quader said that Mirza Fakhrul is engaged in misinformation and conspiracy against the government to hide the painful history of their time. BNP never believes in the independence of this country. Those who question the independence of the country even after 52 years of independence, in fact, their mentality is still trapped in the chains of subjugation. Whenever they came to power they did nothing for the development of the people and the country.

General Secretary of Awami League also said that Sheikh Hasina is continuously continuing the struggle for the economic liberation of the people of this country in order to make the freedom gained under the leadership of the Father of the Nation meaningful. Bangladesh, which was once suffering from hunger, poverty, manga and famine, has today been promoted from a less developed country to a developing country. Along with achieving self-sufficiency in food, food and nutrition security of people has been ensured. As a result of the unprecedented success in the socio-economic field, Bangladesh has occupied a special status seat in the World Assembly today.

He said that the global economy is going through a deep crisis due to the Ukraine-Russia war amid the impact of the Corona epidemic, the outbreak of which has increased inflation at an alarming rate all over the world. The people of Bangladesh are also in some trouble due to the pressure of inflation. All kinds of steps have been taken by the government in addition to various people-friendly and food-friendly programs to alleviate this suffering of the people.

Obaidul Quader said that when the government is trying hard to continue the process of improving the fortunes of the people by confronting the global crisis, some identified circles are conspiring against the government by capitalizing on the crisis. Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, in tune with the tone of a newspaper, also gave unabashed support to the heinous act. In the politics of Bangladesh, which is an expression of hatred and anger towards Awami League.
