Bangladeshi, killed in , BSF firing , at Patgram , border 1

A Bangladeshi youth named Shahadat Hossain (28) was killed in firing by the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) at Samshernagar Kochavanda border in Patgram of Lalmonirhat. On Thursday morning at 11 am, with the help of BSF, the Mekhligonj police station of India recovered the body of the deceased Shahadat.

First of all, the incident took place at the place called Medical Bridge inside India near Main Pillar 863 of Samshernagar Kochavander border of Jagatber Union of Patgram Upazila on Thursday morning. The deceased Shahadat Hossain (28) is the son of Idris Ali of Auliarhat Gaibandhapara village of Srirampur union of Patgram upazila.

According to local and BGB, when 1 team of 10-12 people went to fetch cows from the parent pillar 863/8S of Samshernagar BOP of Samshernagar BOP of Jagatber Union of Patgram upazila, 120 yards inside India, the guard team of 169 BSF battalion Raninagar camp targeted them all. shot Shahadat Hossain (28) was shot and killed. The body of the deceased Shahadat Hussain was taken to the Border Security Force (BSF).

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Patgram Thana Police Omar Farooq confirmed the truth of the incident and said that the body of the deceased was taken to Mekhliganj Upazila Police inside India. Meanwhile, a young man named Shariful Islam (28) was shot while trying to enter India in Lalmonirhat. He was shot in the right knee. Later, he escaped and secretly took care of a private hospital in Rangpur. Shariful Islam, who was shot, is the son of Liakat Ali of Amjhole village in Gotamari union of Hatibandha upazila.
