Tamim is uncertain in the last two matches

Khulna batsman Tamim Iqbal is suffering from an old injury. This time due to injury he will not play the remaining matches of BPL. Tamim Iqbal's absence was confirmed on Tuesday (February 7).

Earlier on February 6, Physio of Khulna Tigers Aman Ullah Moon said that a decision will be made about Tamim's injury after a day.

Khaled Mahmud Sujan, the head coach of Khulna, confirmed the absence of Tamim to the media. However, Khulna has nothing to fear as Tamim is not there. They are already out of the playoffs.

Bangladesh will play a home series against England from March 1. Tamim will want to play fully fit in the World Cup Super League series. BCB will therefore not want to take a risk on him. From that point of view, Tamim's BPL is over.
