Soybean oil price reduced by Tk 5 per litre
Soybean oil prices are falling by Rs 5 per litre. The new price of bottled soybean oil has been fixed at Tk 187 per litre. The previous price was 192 Tk. This price will be effective from December 18.
This information was given by the Ministry of Commerce on Thursday evening.
According to the sources of the ministry, this decision was taken after reviewing the import, storage and price of daily necessities with the traders in the Ministry of Commerce on December 13.
According to the government's decision, the new price of open soybean oil has been fixed at Tk 167 per litre. Currently open soybeans are being sold at Tk 172 per liter in the market. And the price of 5 liters of bottled soybean oil has been reduced from Tk 925 to Tk 906 by Tk 19.
Apart from this, open palm super oil decreased by Tk 4 per liter from Tk 121 to Tk 117.
