We will run our democracy, not foreigners: Obaidul Quader

He said these things at the distribution ceremony of winter clothes among the cold people on the instructions of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the party head office on Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital on Friday (January 20). The relief and social welfare sub-committee organized the event.

Referring to the caretaker government as a dead issue, the bridge minister said that the next election will be free, impartial, fair and participatory. The government will only perform routine duties. If the government wants to change, BNP will have to participate in the elections.

He also said that Awami League's seven-decade history of standing by the people in any disaster is the tradition of Awami League. Awami League does not conspire, it is a victim of conspiracy. This is the reality. BNP today when what to say! There is no democracy in them. How long is the conference not held? The committee itself gives. How will they teach democracy to Awami League? During their tenure, there was a record of vote theft, with 1.23 million fake voters, one of the reasons for One Eleven. 

Quader said, they stole the fabric of democracy. The bully of democracy does not fit in their face. Sheikh Hasina was at the forefront to free democracy in this country. It is under his leadership that democracy has been unchained.
