The Prime Minister is going to Rajshahi to inaugurate the 1316 crore project
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate 25 projects at a cost of Tk 1,316,970,000 on January 29 in Rajshahi.
On January 29, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate 25 projects at a cost of Tk 1,316,970,000 in Rajshahi. Among them is the country's largest Bangabandhu mural built at a cost of around 5 crore 3 lakh rupees at C&B crossing in the city.
The implemented projects also include Sheikh Russel Children's Park built on 2.14 acres of land in Chhota Bangram area of Rajshahi city under the initiative of RCC at a cost of about Tk 4 crore 43 lakh, highway from Puthia to Bagmara built at a cost of Tk 116 crore 83 lakh by the Roads and Public Paths Department.

Rajshahi City Corporation has constructed the mural at the C&B crossing of the city at a cost of around 5 crore 3 lakhs.
Besides, the other projects implemented by the City Corporation are; Sheikh Russel Shishu Park, flyover over Mohanpur rail crossing, four lane road and road divider with a separate lane for slow traffic from Bhadra rail crossing to Noodapara bus terminal, four lane road and road divider. Separate lanes and road widening for slow moving vehicles from Bilsimla Rail Crossing to City Hat, development of Kalpana Cinema Hall to Talaimari Crossing and carpeting road, construction and carpeting of drains and footpaths from Rentur Khari Aarat to Dhalur Mor through Hi-Tech Park. Construction of road from Court to Shahartali Club.

The largest mural of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman has been constructed near the C&B crossing in Rajshahi city. RCC has built the country's largest mural at a cost of around Tk 5.2 lakh as part of the Tk 2,993 crore project titled 'Integrated Urban Infrastructure Development in Rajshahi City'.
Also, the construction work of Sheikh Russell Children's Park in Rajshahi city is at the final stage with the aim of opening a new horizon of entertainment for people. The park was constructed on 2.14 acres of land in Chhota Bangram area under the initiative of RCC, with an estimated cost of Tk 4 crore 43 lakh.
The Roads and Highways Department has constructed a highway from Puthia to Bagmara at a cost of about 116 crores and 83 lakhs. Rajshahi Agricultural Development Bank (Rakab) has expanded its head office from the sixth floor to the tenth floor at a cost of Tk 10 crore 21 lakh.
The Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) headquarters building has been constructed at a cost of around 20 crores 8 lakhs. Rajshahi National Heart Foundation Hospital has been constructed in Lakshmipur area at a cost of around 14 crore 46 lakhs. A technical training center has been constructed in Mohanpur upazila at a cost of 22 crores 18 lakhs.
Rajshahi Children's Hospital has also been constructed at a cost of around 22.9 million taka. Apart from this, the administrative building of Rajshahi Medical College has been constructed at a cost of Tk 15 crore. A multi-storied social service building has been constructed in Rajshahi at a cost of Tk 12 crore 78 lakh. In Rajshahi Government Women's College, a two-storied women's hostel building has been constructed at a cost of Tk 5.58 million.
Charghat
- A five-storied academic building of technical school and college has been constructed in the upazila at a cost of 17 crore 20 lakh taka. Rajshahi Civil Surgeon's office has been constructed at a cost of Tk 4 crore 27 lakh. Bangladesh Water Development Board is implementing two projects at a cost of Tk 694 crore 34 lakh to protect the left bank of Padma from erosion in Charghat and Bagha upazilas.
The Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) is constructing two roads at a cost of Tk 43.96 million under the Rural Connectivity Development Project. An auditorium has been constructed in Rajshahi PTI at a cost of around 8 crore 92 lakhs. Upazila Muktijoddha Complex building has been built in Rajshahi metropolis at a cost of about 2 crore 81 lakh taka.
On the other hand, the foundation stone laying projects are; Information Complex Building at Tk 24 crore, Regional Public Administration Office Building at Tk 83.5 crore, Shahid Janani Jahanara Imam Girls High School at Tk 62 crore, Shahid AHM Kamaruzzaman Boys High School at Tk 53 crore, Regional Training Center of BKSP at Tk 162 crore and 66 Construction of Rajshahi Wasa building at the cost of Rs.
