Head of the Ukrainian Presidential Staff Andriy Yarmak addressed the World Economic Forum in the Swiss resort of Davos on Tuesday, according to reports.

There he said, "We have documented 80,000 crimes committed by Russian invaders." More than 9,000 civilians have been killed since the start of the Russian offensive. Among the dead are 453 children.
He further said, 'We will not condone a single incident of crime-torture or taking of life. Every criminal will be held accountable.'
Andriy Yarmak said Ukraine wants a special international tribunal to try and compensate Russian political leaders for the destruction caused by Russia's aggression.

However, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights reported last Monday that more than 7,000 civilians have been killed in Ukraine since the beginning of Russia's invasion.
