India beat Bangladesh 2-0 to win the Test series
Shreyas Iyer and Ravichandran Ashwin batted brilliantly as visiting India defeated Bangladesh by 3 wickets to clinch the Test series 2-0.
With the great batting of Shreyas Iyer and Ravichandran Ashwin, visiting India beat Bangladesh by 3 wickets to win the Test series by 2-0. As a result, Shakib's victory in the Test against India remained elusive.
After the hosts scored 227 runs in the 1st innings, India scored 314 runs. Bangladesh scored 231 runs in the next innings and the target was 145 runs in front of India. India started the fourth day losing 4 wickets for 45 runs. 3rd over of the 1st over of the 4th day, Bangladesh appeals for LBW for Unadcut. The umpire did not give out. The Indian batter survived the umpire's call after taking the review. He hit a six on the very next ball.
