Khushdil played a tornado innings of 64 runs off just 24 balls at the Zahoor Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium on Thursday. The strike rate of the innings is 266.66. With his explosive innings, Mohammad Rizwan's fifty of 184 saw Comilla Victorians on their way to a 3rd consecutive victory.
After losing the toss and going into bat, Comilla got hit at the beginning. Liton Das, the hero of the two matches, returned to open the run book. In the end Imrul Kayes, Johnson Charles failed to raise hopes of something big. Mohammad Rizwan kept one end but could not increase the run rate. The color of the innings changed completely when Khushdil came down at number five.
Khushdil went to the wicket in the first over of the 14th over. He got out in the 19th over. He made a partnership of 84 runs with Rizwan in 36 balls. Where Rizwan's contribution is said to be 12 only 15 runs. The rest is a riot of pleasure.
Khushdil hit the 1st boundary in the 7th ball after opening the run book in the second ball. Then he gave the book a stream of four-sixes. The 29-year-old all-rounder from Comilla hit three consecutive sixes in that over of Amir Hamza Hotak. A total of 29 runs from the over.

This is the most expensive over in this year's BPL so far. Mohammad Saifuddin's record of 32 runs from an over in 2017, however, remains unbroken.
In the next over, Muktar Ali hit a pair of sixes in Khushdil. One ball later the bowler hits a four over the head. In the next over, his compatriot pacer Mohammad Imran got the bitter taste of hat-trick four with the bat of Khushdil.
Khushdil's fifty is said to be only 18 in the first four overs of Imran. Which is the fastest fifty in this season. Rony Talukder of Rangpur Riders scored a 19-ball fifty against Comilla on the opening day of the tournament.
After crossing fifty, Khushdil took 13 more runs in the next five balls. Soumya Sarkar's slower LBW ended his innings with 7 fours and 5 sixes.
