Final date of HSC result announcement
The Inter-Education Board Coordinating Committee has finalized the release date of Higher Secondary and Equivalent Examination (HSC) 2022 results. If everything goes well, it will be released on February 8.
On Sunday (January 29), Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Sub-Committee President Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar confirmed the matter.
He said that all the education board chairmen and examination controllers of the country under the leadership of the education minister will give the summary of the results to the prime minister by 10 am on the day of the results release. Then in the afternoon, the education minister will hold a press conference and present the details of the exam results. From 12 noon on this day, the result will be known on the website of the education board and through SMS on the mobile phone.
This year 12 lakh 3 thousand 407 students participated in the HSC examination. Among them, 6 lakh 22 thousand 796 male students and 5 lakh 80 thousand 611 female students. This exam was organized simultaneously in 2 thousand 649 centers across the country. 9 lakh 85 thousand 713 candidates under 9 general education boards out of total 11 education boards. Among them, 5 lakh 82 thousand 183 students and 5 lakh 3 thousand 530 female students.
On the other hand, 448 centers have a total of 94,763 candidates in the Alim exam under the Madrasa Education Board against 2,678 educational institutions. Among them 51 thousand 695 male students and 43 thousand 68 female students. Besides, the number of candidates for HSC (BM/BMT), HSC (Vocational), Diploma-in-Commerce examination under Technical Education Board is 1 lakh 22 thousand 931 people. Among them, 88 thousand 918 male students and 34 thousand 13 female students participated in this examination.
