Ever since the advent of chatgpty, the most talked about job market has been the people. Many people are expressing fear that ChatGPT can kill many people's jobs. But there is also an opposite current and its influence is no less.

Experts say that ChatGPT's job is only to find and organize the information required by the customer from the information inputted into it. ChatGPT doesn't have the ability to do anything beyond that. Jonathan May, a computer science professor at the University of Southern California, wrote in a recent article that people are using chatgpt incorrectly. According to the algorithm, the correct use of chatgpt is still happening. Its main function is to enter data, not to determine accuracy. That is why it is normal to have errors in the information provided by chatgpt.

chatGPT

If we talk only about programming excluding other fields. In that case, some might think that now chatGPT can only block small code. Or it can show if something is wrong in a small block of code. He can't code big. Or Vezailla could not code. Or can't debug the mixed code of two or three files. Or giving wrong answers to two or four things. Laughing about it. These are fine for me as a basic level. Because chatGPT is now a child.
Meanwhile, how people accept artificial intelligence like ChatGPT is also a very important issue. Because at the end of the day, the consumer of artificial intelligence is actually human. A group of researchers from the University of Texas found that people cannot easily accept algorithm-based decisions. For example, suppose you apply for a loan from a bank to buy a car. It may be accepted or rejected. Studies have shown that in such cases, humans cannot simply take decisions from machines. Rather, it accepts rejection from other people.
Similar results were found in a joint study by the University of Washington and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. It found that the study participants did not have a positive attitude towards any business plan or artwork created with the help of human assistants or artificial intelligence. They are also reluctant to take credit for such work. That is, people really only want to acknowledge the achievements of human work, not machines.

But there is no reason to fear. Because AI tools will not be able to replace 100% of all programmers in the future.

1) Knowing programming even to command AI based tools. And chatgpt will understand the answer it is giving. That level of programming knowledge would be needed.

2) According to the customer needs, programmers will be needed to find out the features and innovative angles of the software. That is, to take the decision of what are the requirements, what are the specifications, but some human who knows programming has to make the decision.

.

3) After 5-10 years from today the demand of software, complexity, number of software and volume of work will also increase. That is, even if chatgpt or these types of tools did not come, more programmers would have been needed. That means the amount of work, and the need for programmers, will increase.

.

4) But that demand will come down again. Because some smart programmers (human programmers) will increase their productivity two or three times by using these AI based tools. They don't need to write code line by line. There will be less need to search for answers on Google. Debug will be more efficient. By then, chatGPT will be able to code larger code blocks. The programmer will check with code review or overview. will integrate. If not correct, ask to give different codeblock. Checks if the output matches the expectation. That is, those who know good programming and can use AI based tools will have no problem. Rather, their demand and salary will increase a lot.

5) Those who can think innovatively. Creative people. Everyday can bring new things. They will be in demand.

------

Four types of programmers will suffer. Either their demand will decrease or they will lose their jobs.

1. People who know programming but will not use AI based tools. Or will not try. their productivity; Those who use AI based tools will be less. And they will be caught.

2. Programmers who do not learn programming well can use AI based tools. And the AI will not catch if the answer is different. or cannot integrate. Their productivity will naturally decrease. And a large part of them will gradually lose their jobs.

.

3. Those who sit around say AI will eat our jobs. will not learn don't try

4. Those who do not have learning growth. Same will work repetitively. Their work will be easily done by AI or someone else with superpowers of AI.

So, if you think like this then minimum 10-20% people who will not adopt latest technology. They will lose their jobs.

.

The main thing is - you agree and you don't agree. Technological revolution will actually impact the current system. The only way to avoid it is to master that technology, that technology's super power. If you use it to increase your own ability, your productivity, you will survive. Otherwise, you will die.
