BNP has suspended the march program

The BNP has postponed its planned march in the capital today to mourn the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. The march program was supposed to take place from Gopi Bagh to Press Club.

It was decided to suspend the program at midnight on Wednesday. Saidur Rahman Mintu, who is in charge of Dhaka Metropolitan BNP South Office, confirmed the matter to NTV Online on Thursday (February 9) morning.

• Didar said, as part of the ongoing simultaneous movement to express condolences to the people in Turkey and Syria, the mass march program organized by Dhaka Metropolitan South BNP on February 9 has been suspended. BNP Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman's advice has been suspended for the time being. The next date of mass march program will be announced.
