BCB director's wife jumped to escape from the fire

A woman named Sama Rahman Sinha (38) was seriously injured after jumping into the swimming pool to escape from the fire in the Gulshan-2 multi-storey building of the capital. Later the woman was admitted to Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery. He has minor burns and severe injuries on his body.

Sama Rahman Sinha is the wife of Cricket Board Director Faim Sinha. They are residents of the 12th floor of that building. He was admitted to the burn institute around 12:30 pm on Sunday.

• Burn Institute Coordinator Professor Dr. Samanta Lal Sen confirmed this. He said, we cannot call anyone safe. This patient developed inhalation burns. Apart from this, his body has different types of injuries in different places besides burns due to falling from above. We kept him in ICU. He is currently undergoing treatment there.

Fahim's personal assistant. Ismail Hossain said that they live on the 12th floor of that building in Gulshan. Husband and wife, their 1 son and 2 daughters and Fahim's mother Nagina Afzal Sinha live. Raju (32), sister-in-law Rozina Akhter (22) works as a cook in their house. Anwar also worked as a caretaker.

Raju is under treatment in ICU of Sikdar Hospital and Rosina is under treatment in United Hospital.
