The High Court has given instructions to the lower courts that any case should be judged or ordered in an open court rather than in private
On February 18, the High Court canceled the bail given by the special judge's court to Salim Pradhan, the 'godfather' of online casino, in the case of illegal wealth acquisition and money laundering. At the same time, the case was ordered to be transferred from Dhaka Special Judge Court-6.
The judge of the transferred court has been asked to dispose of the case within four months of receiving the records. After the hearing of the case, Justice Md. The High Court bench of Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice Khizir Hayat gave the verdict.
