Arrest warrant against chairman of Alesha Mart

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Syed Mostafa Reza Noor's court issued the warrant on Wednesday (January 25). The court fixed March 27 as the date for filing the Tamil report regarding the warrant.

As the defendant's bank did not have enough money on the specified date, the plaintiff later requested the defendant to give the motorcycle or pay the money by check through a legal notice. The defendant still filed a case in court on August 22 last year without paying the plaintiff. The court issued summons against the accused and fixed Wednesday (January 25) as the date of appearance. As the accused did not appear on the scheduled date, the court issued this warrant against him.

Earlier, on October 18 last year, the court ordered the issuance of arrest warrant against Alesha Mart chairman Manjurul Alam Sikder in two cases of check fraud.
