A well-rounded Barça top spot in a dramatic win
Barcelona conceded a goal in the 88th minute at Athletic Bilbao's ground in San Mames, thanks to the Video Assistant Referee (VAR). After that, Barcelona defender and goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen saved from scoring twice in added time.
Before that, VAR contributed to the Catalans' only goal. After a long discussion with VAR, the referee returned Rafinha's goal which was ruled out for offside. And Barcelona leaves the field with this one goal victory.
Javi Hernandez's team was 9 points ahead of Real Madrid in the race for the title. At the end of the week Barca topped with 65 points in 25 matches. And in the equal match, Real's points are 56.
