Thunderstorm forecast in different parts of the country

The Department of Meteorology has predicted light to moderate rain or thundershowers in different parts of the country.

This information was given in the forecast for the next 24 hours from 9 am on Thursday (March 30).

It has been said that some places of Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions and some places of Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions may experience light to moderate rain or thunder with gusty winds temporarily. Along with this, there may be moderate heavy rainfall in some parts of the country.

The weather forecast mentions that the trend of rain or thundershowers may continue in the next 72 hours. Day and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged across the country.

The relative humidity of the air in Dhaka at 6 am was 93 percent. The sunset in Dhaka today is at 6:13 PM and the sunrise on Friday is at 5:52 AM.

On Wednesday, the highest temperature in the country was 35.4 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi. Rangamati recorded a minimum temperature of 19 degrees Celsius on Thursday.
