Heat wave will continue in 4 districts of the country
According to the Meteorological Department, the heat wave that is flowing over four districts of the country may continue.
This information was informed in a circular on Thursday (April 6) morning.
The forecast for the next 24 hours from 9 am said that the mild heatwave over Rajshahi, Pabna, Chuadanga and Kushtia districts may continue. Thunderstorms with gusty winds may occur temporarily at two places each in Chittagong and Sylhet divisions. Apart from this, the weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky elsewhere in the country.
The forecast says that day temperatures may increase slightly across the country and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged.
At 6 am on Thursday, the relative humidity of the air in Dhaka was 90 percent. The temperature may increase further in the next 72 hours.
Chuadanga recorded the highest temperature in the country at 37 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. The highest rainfall recorded during this period was 17 mm in Srimangal. Sunrise in Dhaka tomorrow Friday at 5:45 am.
