BNP is conspiring to bring the third force to power

He made this comment at a rally organized by Hatia Upazila Awami League of Noakhali on Friday (March 31).

AKM Mozammel Haque said that BNP's only attempt at present is to thwart the elections. Knowing that she will not be able to win the election, Sheikh Hasina will not be allowed to become the prime minister. They want a third power to take over the country. They want to come to power through the back door. But that way is closed.

The minister said, those (BNP) who cannot handle the greed of orphan money, by embezzling, the wealth of 17 crore people of the country cannot be safe. People will vote by boat and make Sheikh Hasina the prime minister again. Country and people are safe to him.

He said that Tarek Zia is accused in the case of theft of orphan's money, money laundering, August 21 grenade attack and murder of Awami League leader Ivy Rahman.

He also said that during the 23-year rule of Ayub Khan, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was imprisoned for 13 years as a separatist. And if Bangabandhu was not a freedom fighter then we would not have got Bangladesh.
