44 arrested in anti-narcotics operation in the capital

This information was confirmed by the media and public relations department of DMP on Friday (March 31) morning.

According to DMP, as part of the regular anti-narcotics operation, they were arrested by conducting raids in different areas of the capital from 6 am on Thursday to 6 am on Friday.

At this time, 10 thousand 535 pieces of yaba, 47 kg 970 grams of ganja and 82.5 grams of heroin were recovered from the arrested persons.

45 cases under the Narcotics Control Act have been registered against the arrested in the concerned police stations.
