Oscar-winning British actress: Tilda Swinton is coming to Dhaka

The 10th edition of Dhaka Lit Fest is being held at Bangla Academy premises in the capital from January 5 to 8. And at least two hundred guests from home and abroad are coming as guests in this event. One of the best among them is Oscar-winning British actress Tilda Swinton.
Even before this, this Hollywood actress who won an Oscar for 'Michael Clayton' came to Dhaka to attend this literary conference. He participated in Dhaka Lit Fest in 2017.

However, Tilda is reluctant to introduce Hollywood actresses. In the previous visit to Dhaka, he said, I feel strange when someone calls me a Hollywood actress! I am uncomfortable with this identity. He also said that he feels comfortable in the identity of writer or artist.
Tilda is an actress, producer, writer, artist. He is mostly noticed in independent films. But the number of successful films in his possession is not less. Orlando, We Need to Talk About Kevin, The Chronicles of Narnia, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Doctor Strange, etc. have noticed him.
The organizers are in the last stage of preparation for this upcoming lit fest. At least 45 guest names have been published on their website so far. Apart from Tilda Swinton, Nobel Prize winning poets Orhan Pamuk and Abdulrazak Gurnah are among them. Two weeks before the start of the fest, the list of 200 guests is expected to be released.
The four-day event at the Bangla Academy premises will include various discussions along with film screenings, art exhibitions, music and other cultural events.
