How many cases under the Road Transport Control Act

Under the Bangladesh Road Transport Control Act, the mobile court in Khagrachari fined Tk 10,000 in seven cases. Executive Magistrate Manjurul Alam conducted the mobile court in Zero Mile area of the district town yesterday.

Sections 66, 75 and 77 of the Road Safety Control Act have been filed for driving license, fitness and road permit.

Senior Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate Manjurul Alam said, we have this mobile court to keep the roads safe. We have been conducting operations here since morning. I have fined 7 people so far. We will continue such operations in the future.
