The injured are Naeem (18), Ramha (19) and Spandan Basu (19). All of them are second year students of City College. Later, they were rescued and taken to the Critical Sector of the Achhdan Medical College (DMH) Hospital.
Abul Kalam Azad, the father of the injured Kavya, said that after getting off the bus in front of Dhanmondi Arong in the capital today, he was beaten up due to previous enmity. After receiving the news, I rescued them and brought them to Dhaka Medical.

Kavya has severe head injuries. The doctor said that his condition is critical. Bachchu Mia, the observer in charge of DMK Clinic police camp, said that three injured students from Dhanmondi were brought to the emergency department of Dhaka Medical Center for treatment.
